Some lighting and rendering practice. Plus I never draw zombies and that's just stupid. So yeah, some practice before I continue with the X-Men portraits cause I want to do them right. Gonna re-do Wolverine later cause everything is just wrong.
Anyway, it's a WIP and I want as much crits as possible. Paintovers are welcome too. So burn that shit down.
Edit: small changes

ReplyDeleteImma check out that Loomis then.
doet me denken aan een oud klasgenootje van me...
ReplyDeleteomg.. this is an anatomy nightmare, buuuuuuuut it's not hard to fix. just on an overlay layer re-sketch your zombie guy:
ReplyDelete1) think of him as a low poly modle, surfaces
2) layers! in order : epidermis, dermis, subcutaneous, connective tissue, actual muscle (which also has its layers) tendons, bone But the most important ones are for convincing corpses are : skin, connective tissue, muscle, and bone. oh and hair... good for the nastyness.
And like Luke said, use ref. Look at real corpses... yes i just said that.
Requesting redlines. It'd be easy if you'd tell/show me WHAT is wrong..
ReplyDeleteok, not tonight though i'm dead tired. some time this week cool with you?
ReplyDeleteAnytime man, I'll just go make some other anatomy nightmares.
ReplyDeletenope robin u gonna do some studies on head anatomy so we dont have to point out your mistakes al the time :D
